basil cubes & a sunset

Chop up the basil leaves.  Fill ice cube tray.  Top with water (or oil).  Freeze.  
Pop out basil cubes and freeze in ziplocs or leftover containers for the fresh Summer-basil flavor to add to Fall and Winter meals!

On another note, today is my last day of summer classes! I'll take my test this afternoon then I'm done for 20 days! Then Fall semester starts.  Time to start packing!
