Boneless Wings, for the Birthday dinner
There's something to getting messy when you eat. Not that I'm a fan all of the time. However, these wings were delicious...
We began by breading and frying the chicken in a combination of the buffalo sauce and spicy sauce recipes.
Since there was a big group, we had three kinds of toppings/sauces in an effort to 1) please the most palates, and 2) have opportunity to try something new (again). First, the same buffalo sauce from this post. Next, this spicy sauce from Mr. Flay. (This one was the favorite.) Then, we had some reliable Bull's-Eye BBQ sauce that never disappoints. All of this with your favorite ranch dressing and you're good to go!
